This is me, my page and my journey on weight loss...I'm trying to get down to 145-150 pounds.... I am 29yrs, married and I have 2 children. I am so done with my weight and currently doing all I can to change it. I currently use cardio workouts-using the treadmill, and stepper as well as weight lifting-dumbells and occasional select workouts on situps, leg lifts, etc. I also sometimes do Turbo Jam, the Abs diet dvd workouts. Eating on a low carb diet, mainly meats, fish and veggies. And also taking vitamin supplements/shots to boast my metabolism and jump start my energy. I have recently decided to reward myself based on pounds lost:

Personal Information:
I am 28yrs old and I am blessed with 2 wonderful daughters, Naysa, who's 4 and Lylianna, who's 3.
I'm married and currently attending college full time. I'm majoring in accounting/finance. I enjoy the outdoor summer weather....even though I live in T.O where it gets extremely cold.....but I love the summer heat and the beach......hopefully I'll be able to fit into a two-piece soon....I really want to lose all my belly fat from my pregnancies and get off my type 2 diabetic meds...through exercise, diet,,,diet...diet.....whatever it takes. Logging on SP has always been a good motivator and I am also seeking a dietitian.











Other Information:
My Motivators are God..The people God choose to put into my path and my 2 beautiful children...naysa and lylianna....They will Give me the strength I need to survive this battle....but I know we will overcome it....By God's Grace and Mercy !!!

    Congrats on keeping that goal! I have realized that I need to keep up on working out again myself if I want to reach my goal. For a while I was able to maintan and even drop a few pounds without getting in much exercise, but since I started to workout again I have dropped some more weight and I am confident taht I will reach my goal now! God is good for sho! Heh heh.
