Welcome! Hi I'm Stacy... I am happy to be here on Sparkpeople and am glad that God has allowed me to meet so many people.

I had my 2nd baby on March 25, 2013 so it's time to get back to healthy living.

I a finished my PhD in Business Management with emphasis on Organizational Leadership Management. My spiritual gifts are encouragement, finance, and compassion.

God is good, through my weight loss journey I have to know that my spiritual exercise is just as important as my physical.

By the end of 2011 I want to have one book completed, I am a self-publisher. I am really praying to God which book I need to focus on, but I know that which ever I decide on by the end of the month it will be an encouragement to many people.

I would like to reach my goal of 200 and holding by December 1, 2011.

My goal is to stop the YO-YO dieting because the fat comes back even worse! Stay postive and keep trying!

My Program:
I am exercising every day. I am doing the sparkpeople plan using the biggest loser and Tae Bo tapes to get me toned and shaped up for the summer.

    Your workout minutes will determine which category you will fall into! The team who finishes with the most ALL STARS will win!!! Categories: ALL STARS = 80+ minutes, GOLD MEDALISTS = 60-79 minutes, BRONZE MEDALISTS = 40-59 minutes, SILVER MEDALISTS = 20-39 minutes
