I am turning 60 in August, but I am NOT slowing down!

I am a principal of a large school for children of military members, mother, and grandmother to seven funny, smart and brilliant grandkids. Recently, my husband went home to Jesus, and I am adjusting to being a widow. I loved being a wife, and this has been hard on me.

I love walking and biking all over Germany, and the surrounding countries. I love to travel, and am blessed to be able to do it at this season of my life. Another passion I have is baking for my co-workers and ...

My God continues to be my source of strength, peace and everlasting joy. He is my gracious, redeemer, my friend and my enduring, wise counselor. Without Him I am nothing. He gives me purpose to my life. I am a SOLD out, unashamed conservative Christian called to work in a school setting.

I am excited about what God has planned for me, and thankful that He loves me so much.

My Goals:
To ride my bike 60 miles in Belgium in August to celebrate my 60th birthday!

To lose 15 pounds that I have gained since i Moved to Germany four years ago.


To adjust to being a widow and to count my blessings every single day!





My Program:
Cardio 4-5 times per week

Strength training 30 minutes 3 times weekly.

To log at least 12,000 steps daily using my Fitbit.

Personal Information:
I am a widow that loves Jesus, my redeemer, comforter and friend. I enjoy biking and baking and being a principal.

I have been blessed by God, so much more than I have ever derserved.

For I know the plans for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare, and not for calamity but to give you a future and a hope.
