I have been married to my best friend for 22 years. He is active duty Air Force general surgeon. We have four beautiful children . We love camping, hiking - basically anything outdoors. I love, love, hiking. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am a huge bookworm. Put me in a used book store and I'm in heaven. Just started back to school getting my degree in psychology! Originally from South Carolina and grew up in Wickenburg, AZ. I have 2 sisters that have become some of my bestest friends. Hi There - I have been out of commission for a couple of weeks because I have been pretty sick, but I am back in action - yeah!!!!

I am currently pulling together the progress of all of our April Antics peeps and was wondering if you would stop by our messageboard to let us know how many fitness minutes you have this month, how the "new" exercise you were going to try out this month is going, and if there is anything happening in general you would like to share with the group.

If you don't have easy access to the messageboard link here it is for you. I think you may have to copy and paste it into your browser because sometimes SP gets funky with links... lol.
