Even though articles/blogs on eating, physical fitness, and health are definitely helpful I think sometimes it's good to get away from that to remember that we're about more than just those things.
Just an FYI--It seems like some hacker troll keeps messing with my page and my stats so I have to keep changing things back the way they were.
*Update*I emailed tech support and they think they're glitches rather than being hacked but I still don't know since it's several things. So I'm keeping up the notice on my profile page so just in case I am getting hacked and somebody gets an offensive message from my account they know it wasn't me.

Also, to eventually get on the first page of the overall fitness minutes leaderboard for individuals on SP.
Once I get to the 20th level I may just open another SP account and start over (but with this one still open w/a link to the new one) or I may consider pt. levels as goals-i.e. Level 20 (100,000 + Level 1 = 10,001-10,099 then the next level is Level 20 + Level 2, etc.)
Since I like changing up my profile page & avatar I think that I'll change it only when I level up--like the scenery & gear would change in a computer game when leveling up.
I've often thought of my body as that thing that gets my brain from place to place. But since this is the kind of program that fuses both physical health and the aspect of a computer game I can actually relate to it.

Have been working goals on Slimkicker.com & have been setting goals/rewards for myself, etc. but left that site.
If you want to see what I've given myself for tangible rewards when I level up just check out my photos. My current leveling up reward goal will always be on the main part of my spark page.
I'm also sort of using Fitocracy for tracking fitness but probably won't get into that until I'm an over-the-top fitness freak.

I didn't send a message with the mp3 player goodie, but you're very welcome! Music is a huge love of mine. I usually select for my workout based on how my day went, since I'm an evening exerciser.

I didn't take your comment as criticism. I understand that we're different, and I respect that. I've discovered that using SP as my "therapy session" helps me, because it isn't as personal as sitting in a room with actual people due to the separation afforded by the internet. I tend to open up more when I feel safe, and SP feels safe to me because I know that we're all in the same boat trying to make healthy lifetsyles work for us on an individual level.
Your technical blogs help when I need to find a new electronic way to motivate myself, and there are others I reach out to when I need an emotional boost. The technical and emotional are both building blocks in the same foundation on which I'm trying to construct my healthy lifestyle. I'd be REALLY happy if I could find a SP user who lives close to me and is around my same age so we could be workout buddies, because that would be a way for me to get support and motivation in a more concrete and social way (don't have any friends outside work).

I may try Fleetly based on your review...I'm always trying to do better each time I work out, it makes me stick with the program! I do tend to blog about personal things, just because it helps to get it off my chest when something isn't going quite right. Sometimes seeing it in print and getting advice helps me pool resources to step out of the rut.
