My name is Bri and I'm here to get active and motivated! - That was what I said back in June 2009. Did I get motivated? No, but that was my fault. It took an aha! moment in December 2010 to really kick my but into gear. I weighed MORE than when I was 9 months pregnant with my son.

January 4th I kicked my but out the door and started moving and haven't looked back. I'm down 27.1lbs (48.1 total) I want to get to 199 before my bday then I will start training for a 5k and really ...

I am now at 32lbs lost and still not at my goal but its going in the right direction! It's finally nice out so I will get moving!

Lol-thats it Im moving to canada! 424! They just lowered the max here from 405 to 361...sadly my rent is 1900 so it barely helps but better than nothing. I keep hearing good things about canada-like prescription medicine is cheap....its ridiculous here. So true every job can teach you things-especially what you don't want in a job. Good jobs are so hard to find these days, I just ask for something tolerable not perfection. Hope you job is at least more tolerable than my last one though....shew I can't do a nightmare like that again, was hard on my health but I may have to.:(

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.

By the way, about a half hour to 45min after you take your trimma, you'll feel the energy I've been talking about. It's great!
