Hello everyone. My name is Candice. I consider myself a pretty healthy person in general. However, lately I have become bored in my exercise routine. I've also become bored with cooking. I joined SparkPeople in hopes that tracking will keep me accountable. I've tracked food before and it helps tremendously. I'm looking to stick with this and lose few pounds in the process. My Goals:
I exercise regularly now, but you can't out-exercise a bad diet. My diet isn't terrible, but sweets are definitely my downfall. I need to track to keep myself accountable.

Track, track, track.
