    Well I have lost 4 pounds (yippee). Sometime when I get discourage I look at how my stomach has gone down with the daily sit ups on the ball, of course, but my consistency. And follow-up with 15-20 minutes of cardio and one weight exercise. Putting on clothes that has loosen is the key to keep going. I have start over two-three times, but I set my mind again that I want and need to do this for me. emoticon

    Thanks for your encouragement - LOPEYP. I am looking forward to getting back on track - the weather is really a motivator.

    I really enjoyed the time that I used the WALK IT OUT. Haven't mastered some of the programs but now that I am in the group I will take time to look at the tips given. emoticon
