Daily INTENSE workouts, 6 days a week, for 20 - 45 minutes each time, and rotating upper or lower body workouts with cardio "sprints."

I hope you enjoy Yogatoday.com like I do! I have noticed there are different levels though. I have done 3 of the episodes so far. The one abour Gratitude was good (I think it is about to fall off tomorrow though but you can download it).
I did the balancing one and it was pretty hard to me. Then I found one old episode downloaded at some sight and it was very tough. I am really sore in my arms and shoulders today!
I have been doing yoga for years off an on and I prefer beginner/intermediate classes. Let me know how you like it.

It has been a long time coming for me to be happy and I truly do feel that way. Since spark I have gotten my life in order. It hasn't happened overnight.

You have interesting initial with your last name. My daughter has the same initial and the same last name, Cynthia Williams.
