My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose weight and inches so I will look and feel better on the beach this summer during our week's vacation in July. My long term goal is to become more fit and healthy, eventually coming off the blood pressure and cholesterol meds I am taking.

My Program:
I am following the calorie and nutrition plan here and and going to Curves three times a week.

Personal Information:
I am a 46-year-old high school English teacher from northern Indiana. I have a teenage daughter. I completed my master's degree and my administrative licensing program in June of 2010. Now my focus is on shedding my excess weight and becoming more active and healthy.
