With everybody posting New Year's resolutions and recaps of their year, I thought now's as good a time as any for me to do the same.

I'm a 26 year old Australian guy just back in the country after two years teaching in South Korea. In my post college years I've become steadily larger to the point where - just prior to heading off to Korea - I reached a lifetime high of 105kgs.

That weight has fluctuated (although never gone higher, thank God) over the last two years as I'd briefly take up the gym or using my treadmill, and then bounce back with four pizza weeks.

This year, however, has been much better. With some help from my wonderful girlfriend I took up the C25K program and was introduced to Spark. Just prior to Christmas, I'd reached a post college low of 92kgs as a result of running, healthier eating, and a more active lifestyle.

In 2010 I intend to:

- Run a half marathon
- Visit at least one new country
- Get down to 85kgs
- Be a healthier person both physically and emotionally
- Successfully complete the first year of my Master of Education

My Goals:
I'd like to get down to 85kgs and be healthy enough to run a half marathon by December 2010.


My Program:
I run three days a week in intervals, and keep track of my calories. I also intend to introduce other exercise into my program soon.

I like writing, theatre, music, film, rugby league, soccer, cricket, and I have an embarassing enjoyment of pro wrestling.
