The garden girl tends to herself.

I am a 56 year old nature girl that found the needle stuck on the scale.
All my old tricks for dropping the weight have stopped working and I am looking for new ways to drop the pounds! This middle age hormone thing has set up new challenges, but I am up for it and appreciate the support of others facing their own struggles.
I love the shock factor of surprising people with looking different from the last time they saw you...in a good way! It is a fantastic feeling and I can't ...

Update:
So, I lost a few. I gained a few. I lost a few, I gained a few.
This is an improvement over staying the same, at least!:)

Now on to keeping it down!
Going at it again. I am not discouraged , but challenged. I LOVE challenges! Watch me go!!

thanks Chris I am thankful they did not get into the house or get the car just did damage that can be fixed . did fix my self and tV dinner that i keep for emergency times at half and but better than nothing getting my water in so that is good. not sure i want to sleep in my room tonight so will sleep on coach. know its silly since the car is in the shop but that is just how i feel. thanks for the prayers you are a great friend

Thanks Chris for your conccern. I am feeling some better, but just haven't felt like being on the computer that much. You are so sweet to think of me. I am getting there, just takes time I guess.
