Hi! I'm popping in to WELCOME you to “SparkNashville-the Official Team" and introduce myself as your team leader. I have found that the more active we are with our team, the more successful are toward our goals.

Come join us at the TOWN SQUARE (found on our home page) where we get to know each other and keep each other motivated on a single posting thread.

On August 24th we have a Meet & Greet planned at 1 pm at the Frist while my painting is on exhibition. I hope you can join us!

I've lived in Nashville since 1984 and I work-out at Urban Active Murfreesboro Rd. Since I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey, I have lost 54 lbs & 31.5 inches... slow and steady but continual.

Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!

Have a GREAT journey... and remember to eliminate excuses that keep you from attaining your goals and you WILL get there. WE ARE STRONG! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

greetings and welcome to autism ... oh my team... wow I am impressed with the amount of info you have posted on your page... I have tried being vegaterian but am lactose-intolerant and allergic to soy ...so no tufu... haven't studied enough to learn how to do it all... I seldom eat meat but have difficulty with sever episodes of anemia--not a good thing... we can talk about that later emoticon .... so happy to meet you... many blessings emoticon emoticon

Hi and Welcoem to Autism...Oh My! Wow, you have been through a lot on the food scene! I know all about food sensitivities and intolerances. My daughter has Eosinophilic Esophagitis. She has problems with certain foods triggering antibodies that attack her body. There is no cure, but there is treatment...we eliminate the food or environmental culprits. So your story does ring a little with what my daughter has gone through.
Our team is very supportive and encouraging. We look forward to getting to know you and sharing your journey.
