My Goals:
I am proud of the person I am. However since gaining some weight back I am going to get back to my weight of 145. And start living again!

My Program:
- exercise 3 x's a week
- keep track of my calories 1250
- check in to Sp Pg ever day
- Eat 2 veges & fruits a day ... this is hard cuz I am not a big fan of fruit.

Personal Information:
I am a California Native 45 years young, married 17 years to an awesome man and have the best 22 year old son in the world! I am working on becoming healthy, this includes, eating right, exercising. I also quit smoking May 18, 2010. However, lately I've been smoking clove cigarettes which I fear will lead me back to that nasty habit!

Other Information:
I have had Fibromyalgia since 1992 from a severe car accident. Became EXTREMELY depressed, eat and drank darn near anything I wanted (ie coca cola) Decided to change my life and went from 198 to 143. in 1 year.

Unfortunately I let old habits back in and I'm now back to 180 and my goal is to get to 145 by April 09'

Now I weigh 164 & would like to reach a healthy weight of 140

My name is Pam and I am a member of the Christians with Fibromyalgia Team. I see that you have not posted in quite some time, so I wanted to come and encourage you to come and fellowship with us and let us be a part of your journey with the Lord and with healthful living. We would like to be able to give you support and encouragement and so I would like you to consider spending some time with us so we can get to know you, those of us who do not already know you. I pray the God will bless you today in a special way and meet your needs and fill you with His peace and joy today. I ask it all in the name of Jesus! Amen!
Your Sister in Christ,
Pam emoticon

Hi Alisa: Thank you for the sweet comment on my page. You really have me pegged. I am a very happy person. I have depression but I refuse to let it keep me down. . The Lord blesses my life daily. I have a wonderful husband who is truly a partner and friend. I have seven wonderful sons (altho one is on a 6 month tangent and not speaking to me). I also understand the empty nest syndrome. I miss my boys so much and even when they come to visit the guys always seem to head off in another with thier Dad and I entertain the dil's and grandkids. Which that is good too, but I still miss the boys. I know you know what I mean. I have enjoyed this spark team so much. The sisters here are warm and caring. I find myself thinking of one or the other of you all throughout the day.
Your Family is also very FINE. You look absolutely beautiful! I am inspired. I know it was not easy for you all the time, but you did it and that makes me have hope. I have been totally faithful on my eating plan so fair (30 days). I am doing well with my exercises and cario also. I have lost 10.5 pounds so far. I am happy with that. Hope to see you on the posts. Your Friend In Christ, Sandy
