BURN excess calories by exercising at least 30 minutes daily.
REWARD myself for every 5 pounds lost. Buy new clothes, or something for myself with every 5 pounds lost.
I am from Utah. I did get to my weight loss and kept it off for over 7 years. I got a divorce 2 years ago and the weight has crept back on due to depression and stress eating.
I AM DETERMINED to get to goal and keep it off this time!!!!
I am trying to find a plan that works best for me. I am not trying to lose all my weight in a few months. I am fine losing 1 to 2 pounds a month. My main focus is on staying in within my daily calorie range and exercising daily. Making sure that I eat lots of fruits and veggies. If I have more energy for the day then I know that I am going in the right direction. I am focusing on the little things and making this a lifestyle change!!!!
