FEELING ENERGETIC!!!!!! I have been to goal weight before. I recently go divorced and have had some issues with depression. I put back on a lot of the weight that I had lost.

I want to get back to living a healthy lifestyle. I feel better about myslef and have more energy when I know I am eating good and exercising daily.

Keep track of calories eaten.
Gotta move it to lose it!!!!

PLAN AHEAD

My Program:
TRACK what I am going to eat before eating it. Stay within daily calorie range.

BURN excess calories by exercising at least 30 minutes daily.

REWARD myself for every 5 pounds lost. Buy new clothes, or something for myself with every 5 pounds lost.

Personal Information:
I am from Utah. I did get to my weight loss and kept it off for over 7 years. I got a divorce 2 years ago and the weight has crept back on due to depression and stress eating.

I AM DETERMINED to get to goal and keep it off this time!!!!

I am trying to find a plan that works best for me. I am not trying to lose all my weight in a few months. I am fine losing 1 to 2 pounds a month. My main focus is on staying in within my daily calorie range and exercising daily. Making sure that I eat lots of fruits and veggies. If I have more energy for the day then I know that I am going in the right direction. I am focusing on the little things and making this a lifestyle change!!!!
