Running my way to success

Just your standard college student who likes to run, wouldn't mind losing a few pounds or 20, and wants to get back in shape. I used to run cross country and track but college rolled around doing division I anything didn't sound very fun. Well after 9 months of sitting on my ass, I'm finally ready to get back in shape. So I have a goal to run 100 miles by the end of the summer.

My Program:
My program is simple. I run 5-6 days a week. I'm trying to eat a more healthy diet and definitely eating at least 1500 calories because I have habit of under-eating.

Other Information:
I'm a 19 year old college student.
