Try, Try Again...

Hi! I'm Courtney and I have been dieting for 8 years that is I have been dieting since I was 14 years old. My Goals:
My goal is to make fitness a part of my daily life not just something I do to lose weight. My goal to lose 30 lbs is based somewhat on improving my confidence and self-esteem but I also want to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.

My Program:
My program starts with training my patience. Making new healthy habits will not happen over night so I want to allow myself the time to do so. By controlling my patience I believe that I can make the changes that I want to make in my health and fitness routine. So eating healthy by making healthy choices and controlling potions is my plan. If I Force myself to eat healthy for a little while I will lose but if I Teach myself to eat healthy always I will maintain.

Other Information:
I aspire to become a Physician's Assistant and have been passionate about medicine for the past 5 years. I hope to integrate nutrition and fitness training into my practice someday to improve the overall health of my patients.

Stay strong Courtney, stick with the water at work! It's nice and ice cold out of the soda fountains, it's great!! :) Gotta get in those 8 glasses and you don't want to cancel out anything you did at the gym yesterday!! HANG IN THERE!!

We just started it. It's alright so far, kind of funny how you start to crave everything you can't have when you start something restricting, lol. Jake and I are both totally craving subs right now. emoticon
