Hi! I'm Courtney and I have been dieting for 8 years that is I have been dieting since I was 14 years old. I have had success in the past but I have lost sight of what my goals were and have regressed more than ever since I started trying to lose weight. My Goals:
My goal is to make fitness a part of my daily life not just something I do to lose weight. My goal to lose 30 lbs is based somewhat on improving my confidence and self-esteem but I also want to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.
My Program:
My program starts with training my patience. Making new healthy habits will not happen over night so I want to allow myself the time to do so. By controlling my patience I believe that I can make the changes that I want to make in my health and fitness routine. So eating healthy by making healthy choices and controlling potions is my plan. If I Force myself to eat healthy for a little while I will lose but if I Teach myself to eat healthy always I will maintain.
Other Information:
I aspire to become a Physician's Assistant and have been passionate about medicine for the past 5 years. I hope to integrate nutrition and fitness training into my practice someday to improve the overall health of my patients.
