I am Kerry! I am 28, married, live in Toronto with my wonderful husband and my darling dog Pepeh. I am a social worker, part time student and a really fun, positive, outgoing, friendly person!

Hello!

I am Kerry! I am 28, married, live in Toronto with my wonderful husband and my darling dog Pepeh. I am a social worker, part time student and a really fun, positive, outgoing, friendly person!

I have been overweight my entire life, and as long as I can remember I wanted to be different. I wanted to be able to shop at whatever store I wanted, feel confident when I walk into a room, have more energy and overall be healthier. I have been on at least 1001 diets. They are always short lived, loose 20 pounds, gain 30 pounds. I want to put an end to this cycle, I want to start a healthy lifestyle! No more diets!

My husband and I have been together for almost 8 years and were married September 20, 2008. The next adventure we want to embark on together is parenthood! I want to loose weight before I conceive. I want to have the healthiest pregnancy possible and I do not want to be a fat mom! I want to be an active family. There are many reasons for me to loose weight, but this is my main focus right now.

I am very happy to be here, thankful for this program and looking to make new friends who can relate to the journey I am on.

~ Loose 60 pounds to start, finally get out of the 200s and weigh 199! I will re-evaluate after I reach goal #1

~ Get out of plus sizes!

~ Have more energy!

~ Stop the obsession with FOOD

My Program:
~ Tracking all of my food and planning ahead!

~ Gym four times per week, 60 minutes cardio

~ Yoga one time per week, 60 minutes

~ Drink at least 2 litres of water a day

~ Take my vitamins each day

PS I love Toronto! It's an awesome city! I'm actually spending a couple weekends near these this year. Once in Markham and another trip to Oshawa. Helps being so close to Canada here in Michigan :)

hi Kerry! I think it's great that you're trying to get healthy before getting pregnant. I wish I had done that. I was heavier than I wanted to be and now I have that extra weight PLUS the extra weight from 2 babies to lose! Good luck, it looks like you're off to a great start! emoticon
