This is the beginning of my journey to be medicine free and I will succeed.......

Update January 1, 2013.........

I decided it was time to update my goals or fine tune them. My goal is still to be medicine free but now I see I must put my plan to get there in writing.

Habakkuk 2:2 says Write the vision and make it plain.

In the first phase of my plan for this year I comitt to tracking my food daily and exercising at least 10 minutes every ...

I know just doing these two things will make a big difference in my health. That is all for now. I will update my plan as needed. Right now the biggest need is for consistency in these two areas.

My Goals:
To be medicine free!

Increase water consumption.

Exercise at least 6 days a week.

My Program:
I am still following a vegetarian way of eating about 80% of the time. I would like to increase this to 90%. I am using the book Eat to Live as my guide.

Cush I belong to two teams which are great motivaters in staying at goal weight. One is KOPS Spark team. I don't know if you know of TOPS but it is take off pounds sensibley and KOPS is keep off pounds sensible.
The other is At goal and maintaining +transition to maintenance which is for those who have reached their goal and those who have not reached their goal.
I still get my fruits and veggies in and drink only water.
You can't return to the way you ate before but you add enough to keep from losing any more. Like maybe 200 calories for awhile and see how it goes.
