Hello and to SparkPeople!! This has been one of the best places I've ever been for weight loss, goal setting and support. The people on the site are absolutely FANTASTIC! You won't find anywhere else as positive and supportive.
My advice to you -
1. Use the nutrition tracker! It is an invaluable tool to you! 2. Use your blog to share your day, vent frustrations, ask for advice or just post "fun stuff"! It's a great way to interact with other Sparkers! 3. Get involved with message boards and teams! My favorite SparkTeam is (((( Sending SKINNY Vibes! )))) http://teams.sparkpeople.com/skinnyvibes 4. Don't be too hard on yourself! If you slip up or have a bad day, remember that it's not about being perfect, it's about learning to live a new LIFE!
