☆ Giving up is simply NOT an option for me anymore. I know that I can not change yesterday, but I CAN change today & all of my tomorrow's. It's time to make myself stronger than my excuses & make the days count, rather than counting the days.

I know that I have a long way to go, but this is a journey not a race. This journey is all about progress, not perfection. If you focus too much on results, nothing will ever change. However, if you focus more on change you will see progress because in life we have three choices- give up, give in, or give it your all. I'm choosing to give my ALL, day in & day out; I refuse to sink.

I won't quit until I'm fit. & Even then, I don't think I'll ever quit. Because this isn't some temporary diet- this is a lifestyle change. ♥ This is MY journey. Nothing or no one else matters; The only person I'm worried about trying to be better than is the person I was yesterday.

I'm no longer going to sit around & say 'tomorrow'. Today is tomorrow. The next three months are going to go by whether I decide to stay on track & exercise or not. It took more than a day to put on all of this weight, & it will take more than a day to get it off but I'm determined. It's just me against myself. I want this. I'm ready to fight for this. I'm ready to give this my all. 100% of me. ☆
