A New Beginning/ A Brand New Me
Praying for success, focus, and wisdom as I begin this new chapter in my life. Eight is my favorite number. I was recently told that biblically it stands for new beginnings. So, because today is such a cool date (the 8th day of the 8th month of the year) what better day to begin moving forward with my life and with my new attitude? So, because today is such a cool date (the 8th day of the 8th month of the year) what better day to begin moving forward with my life and with my new attitude? I refuse to keep reminding myself of how many times Ive started this journey, only to fail shortly thereafter. This time, I'm writing my own ending, and like every other romantic, I just LOVE happy endings. But instead of leaving it up to fate, this time I'm putting it, AND myself, all in God's hands. For we all know that with Him, it's impossible to fail!

My Goals:
My B-HAG (big, hairy, audacious goal) is to lose 100 lbs. My mini-goal is to lose 10 lbs by my birthday (3/4/12). My 2nd goal is to be 30 lbs lighter by June 10th--Presentation Day!!! My 5% goal is 15 lbs My 10% goal is 30 lbs Ultimately, I would LOVE to feel the way I felt 100 lbs ago, on the day my profile pic was taken. **To be a sexxy mama in the fall of 2012 when I take my son to his first day of kindergarten. Rewards: 20lbs--pedicure 25lbs-- new sneakers 30lbs (my 10%)-- piece of jewelry to commemorate (also, access to a bunch of new clothes that I purchased 30 pounds ago but cannot currently wear) 40lbs--weekend at the beach w/Sweetie 50lbs-- new clothes!!!
My Program:
To stay within 1400-1700 calorie range each day. To drink 64 oz of water each day. To exercise for 30 minutes a minimum of three times per week. To read something inspiring every day of my life.
