This is my year!

Growing up I had an athletic build...fast forward to college, I gained an extra 15 pounds of "curves". I lost some of this after grad school, but was sedentary and also lost a lot of muscle.

About two years ago I joined WW and lost almost 20 pounds (yay!). It was the only thing that had worked for me, and made me realize my eating habits were just as important as exercise. Around this time I got engaged and the wedding kept me motivated...unfortunately I allowed the weight to ...

Around this time I got engaged and the wedding kept me motivated...unfortunately I allowed the weight to creep back on the second the honeymoon started!

My Downfall: WORK! I'm a workaholic. It's not unusual for me to put in 12 hours behind the desk, then come home and do more on my laptop. During the week this typically means I make it to dinner on coffee alone (I know, I know...I'm ruining my metabolism). This also makes it very easy for me to find excuses to skip the gym!

My Weaknesses: cheese, wine and weekends!! After a long day of work, I love my glass of wine...or two or three...and I know the empty calories are adding up. On weekends I have very little self-control and seem to go overboard on everything.

Favorite Exercise: classes at the gym, yoga, rugby (I used to play & I miss it!)

My Goals:
To be a toned size 4 (emphasis on "toned"). I was previously this size after being on WW for a while. Though I liked the way clothes looked on me, I missed feeling athletic and strong. Weight wise, this would probably be ~130lbs for me.

My Program:
Accountability!! I plan to track what I eat and no longer hide my late night binges. I'll also reward myself along the way - I just need to find a way to celebrate that doesn't involve calories!!

I am doing okay, just not as good as I should. Went back to WW last week and miss this week because I was messing up. I will soon get it together. I had about two good days last week of eating right. I just got back on the wagon yesturday, I am trying to stay on this time. How are things going with you?

I fell off the WW wagon also for 3 weeks now. I need to get back on track also. I will start tomorrow hopefully I can stay on track. We both can do this! Lets get moving emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
