I love good food and cooking, and have had great success with the No S Diet - No Snacks, No Sweets, and No Seconds except on Special Days. I let things slide last year and need to get back on track. My goals are cook more, add more veggies to my day, get consistent exercise, and cut the junk out of my diet while keeping the things I really love. No calorie-counting, no fake food, and no self-loathing.

Recommiting to No S Diet (nosdiet.com), which is the most sensible way I've ever eaten in my life and very effective for me. Concentrate on whole foods, good produce, and home cooking. Daily dog-walking, plus weekend hikes or kayaking.
I live in Southern California with one of everything -- job, husband, kid, cat, dog. I love to read and cook -- food is one of life's great pleasures, and I want to enjoy it without feeling guilty or anxious about it.
I used to enjoy biking in the neighborhood, but since we got the dog I feel guilty if I get exercise that doesn't include him! I also love Bollywood movies, ghost stories, needlework, and hiking.
