I am a happy person with unhealthy eating habits. Now, don't get me wrong...I am not an out of control, fast foodie, snacker or person who loves junk food and sweets. I am probably like a lot of people on here, I eat properly for breakfast and lunch, than I don't know what happens to me the minute I walk in the door from work, I'm hungry, I overeat at dinner and then I'm so full I sit on the coach to relax and don't seem to move much after that. I sit all day at work and don't have much flexability there because I answer the phones as my job. I get a thirty minute lunch break which seems like just enough time to get it unpacked, eat and then back to my desk. So that's pretty much my story. Oh, except that fact that my body aches from all this weight and I wan't to eat healthier at dinner and move more. My husband and kids are very picky eaters, like lots of pasta and don't care that I want all of us to eat healthier with more well-rounded meals. Does this sound like anyone else out there? Yep, now I think that about sums it up!

My Goals:
My goals seem simple enough but are also a challenge. I want to move more and eat less. Easy right?!?! I don't really focus on the weight in numbers, such as calories and pounds but by trying to have my clothes fit better and shop in a "normal" store for clothes.

My Program:
Eat healtier in portion control, especially with my dinner and move more.

    Hi Lisa and welcome to Sparkpeople....hope you use this site as it offers alot of support and information - friendships and food tracking and fitness tracking....
    I read your intro and yes, it sounds like alot of us....I struggle daily, esp. with the night-time eating. Breakfast and lunch are great - then comes din-din time ..... But we can help each other to be accountable. I'm not out to be Miss America .....I just want to get healthy and lose some of this weight so I too can buy clothes in a regular store.
