My Goals:
To get back into shape, lose about 45-50 lbs, and start taking better care of myself!

My Program:
A 'strength' program at the Y - every other day.

Eating better, watching my calories, carbs, fats & proteins.

Knowing that it took awhile to get this big, it'll take awhile for it to come off!

Personal Information:
I don't have a lot of outside activities, mostly around my kids. I am involved with my church, and really like being an ass't teacher for Sunday School. I love being a stay-at-home mom and am thankful that I am still able to do that.

Hey Terri! I've been having some ups and downs lately. My hip has gotten so bad that I'm resigned to a hip replacement. I have a dr app't in one week .. and frankly it freaks me out! However, I've decided that I did all I could and just about a month ago thought I'd be ok .. but no .. so .. that's what's up with me. What's been going on with you?
