Hello, and welcome to my page! I have been an inactive member of SparkPeople for a few years. As of June 19, 2015, I became a more involved member by logging in my nutrition, water, and reading through articles and success stories.

Hello, and welcome to my page! I have been an inactive member of SparkPeople for a few years. As of June 19, 2015, I became a more involved member by logging in my nutrition, water, and reading through articles and success stories.

I had been attempting to lose weight during these past few years, but kept failing at it. I kept losing weight, then gaining back more. As of right now, my weight loss has been slow, but I am no longer gaining. It is a HUGE accomplishment for me! Seeing this success, I felt I needed more motivation, which is why I returned to SparkPeople.

My main goal right now is to get from 168 to 125 lbs by January 1, 2016. I hope to also build my confidence up and learn to appreciate and love my body.

By being a part of SparkPeople once again, I hope to gain many friends and new knowledge for the sake of my health. I would appreciate any support and friend requests as I take this next step through my journey.
