I believe I've been on Sparkpeople since 2009. What a journey it has been. I went down to 161 in 2013, however, life got in the way. I hit a plateau, got comfortable with eating, at times I binged. I was still exercising but couldn't get the weight down. In the beginning of the year I went up to 180, I decided enough is enough.

I have so many tools in belt, I run I do cardio, I jazzercise. This year my goal is to focus on nutrition. Seriously. It has to stop. I am now weighing in at 173 (my body's favorite number), lol...

My current exercise is 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme and Max 30. I am drinking shakeology. I became a coach for Beach Body. I have all the products why not become a coach. I'm doing this for myself and also to help others if they need to.

I am still going to Jazzercise. Running 4 miles during the weekend too.

So my Mission is to focus on nutrition and transition back to how I looked in 2013. Lets do this.

I've developed the tools to exercise. Now I need to develop the tools for nutrition. I'm really trying my hardest, but I learned nutrition is key.

With all the products I bought from Beach Body, like 21 Day Fix/21 Day Fix Extreme/Insanity/Max 30 I decided to be a coach. My mission is to get to goal this year and maintain. I want to get back to how I was in 2013.
