Curlygurl 68's WL Journey 2015: Transitioning again

I believe I've been on Sparkpeople since 2009. What a journey it has been. I went down to 161 in 2013, however, life got in the way. I hit a plateau, got comfortable with eating, at times I binged. I was still exercising but couldn't get the weight down. In the beginning of the year I went up to 180, I decided enough is enough.

I was still exercising but couldn't get the weight down. In the beginning of the year I went up to 180, I decided enough is enough.

I have so many tools in belt, I run I do cardio, I jazzercise. This year my goal is to focus on nutrition. Seriously. It has to stop. I am now weighing in at 173 (my body's favorite number), lol...

My current exercise is 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme and Max 30. I am drinking shakeology. I became a coach for Beach Body. I have all the products why not become a coach. I'm doing this for myself and also to help others if they need to.

I am still going to Jazzercise. Running 4 miles during the weekend too.

So my Mission is to focus on nutrition and transition back to how I looked in 2013. Lets do this.

How about checking out BLC28 - it's a 12 week challenge with weight loss and NSV goals. It's starts in May. Look it up and see if you may be interested.

hey Curly, I ate all of the cookies in the box which was 12 and so I did put the box in the garbage. It was the contents that needed to be thrown away. However the plan is not to buy the cookies and bring them home. If need be Buy cookies and share with others in the office.
