On a healthy life journey...

It is my goal to not only lose weight (45 pounds), but to live healthier by incorporating some sort of physical activity at least 5 times per week, eat mostly clean and organic, and reduce my risk for diabetes and heart disease.
I'll be starting graduate school in the fall of 2012 and would like to enter as a healthier, fitter person.

I'm glad to see that you're losing about 5 pounds each month...that's great! I'll take the 10 pounds down by Spring challenge with you...although I'll be happy if I lose 5. Weight loss slows down the closer we get to our ideal weight, so 5 pounds each month is great as long as they are permanently gone.
