I'm glad to see that you're losing about 5 pounds each month...that's great! I'll take the 10 pounds down by Spring challenge with you...although I'll be happy if I lose 5. Weight loss slows down the closer we get to our ideal weight, so 5 pounds each month is great as long as they are permanently gone.
