Hi there, thanks for your comment; I eat a ton of soy products mainly because I do not eat meat. So burgers, sausage, milk in smoothies, etc. I am going to go a couple of weeks without soy and then see if I can add anything in. How did you find out you couldnt eat some of the products? ...by just noticing how you felt after you ate? 1886 days ago
Hey Tracy, thanks for the congrats. I do appreciate it. I am so pleased to be on the downward track again. I find it so easy to maintain on low carb. But I am hoping to lose a good bit more yet.
