motivation is key

hello, my name is mimi. i joined SP to loose weight and get a healthier lifestyle. i've always lacked motivation and seemed to give up on diets half way through, i hope SP will help me all the way through to the end.it really did! but now 2 years and one pregnancy later i'm back and i need to loose the baby weight.

My Goals:
i would like to reduce my intake of soft drinks. i would also like to drink a cup of green tea after each meal. i would like to loose 2 pounds a week.

My Program:
i started drinking green tea today. i am following my nutrition plan and excersising.

Other Information:
i love my harry potter books and wait for every movie.
i love the twilight books
i enjoy watching lord of the rings any time.
i can paint with oil paints and do crossstiching.

Hi! Mimi,

Your doing great with your weight lose.....are you exercising . I suppose running after a 2 year old is a lot of exercise in itself. LOL

If you want to train your brain to think like a thin person so you don't regain your weight I found two teams on Sparks based on two differant books. I just join them the other day. You can check them out on my page.

I lost 12 pounds before I joined sparks ....I was losing steady then it took me 2 months to take off 5 pounds and one week at my Mom's to put the 5 pounds back on!

I posted a picture of my 84 year old Mother holding her great-great grandson which is my great- grandson on my page from my trip there. It was a picture my sister sent me. I took pictures of those rocks I painted, and my back door window I painted and one other painting I think but I will not get them out till Friday. If they turn out I will post them next week.
