For me this time

Hello There! My name is Brandi. I'm from Missouri and have lived here for almost all of my life. This is my second weight loss journey. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 4 years. Four months after our wedding, my husband was deployed for one year. During that year I joined weight watchers and lost 68 pounds! I felt so good about myself. Four months after our wedding, my husband was deployed for one year. During that year I joined weight watchers and lost 68 pounds! I felt so good about myself. The whole year of deployment I kept my mind focused on looking my best, but not necessarily feeling my best. My husband came home and slowly but surely, all the weight came back. We moved to Tulsa, OK for a change and he enrolled in welding school. After he graduated we moved back to Missouri to be with family. I'm so excited and I'm ready for round 2! I can do this! I'm looking for Spark Friends all of the time so feel free to add me!

Hey girl, I don't know if are still on here, but I had left for a while and I just wanted to drop in and say hi! After I started my new job last year it got harder and harder for me to get out and run like I used to. It's sad to say....but I gained all the weight back I lost from last year. Well last month it hit me how unhealthy I have gotten and I was going to quit my job, but they let me stay on PT instead and I started dedicating the other half of the day to myself and losing weight.

I hope you are doing well and just thought I would say I know we can motivate each other and reach our goals :-)

You can make it to your 200lb goal in just two and half months! I know you can because I was at 225lbs April 3rd and now im 202 on June 23rd. I have faith in you girl! You can do it! Try going for walks in the evening everyday. I know you got it girl!

Thats great Brandi that you lost a pound! I keep reminding myself that any weight loss is great! We both set out goals which was fantastic and we both lost weight :-) We just gotta keep going. I weighed myself this morning and lost 1lb :-) and although its only 212 and not the 210 I was hoping for, I know that I will eventually get there. Obviously we are both doing something right if we are losing weight! Keep it up! You are doing great!!!

Yea I am not sure if I met my goal either. I cheated and weighed myself during the week to check my progress and I had gained a pound! I was so upset...I've been eating healthy 1200-1500 calories a day and working out 30-45mins a day. I was so mad I decided to google why I had gained weight. I found an article that said if you are working out everyday to try to lose weight, you burn fat and gain muscle. Muscle weighs more then fat. And although you may not lose weight or end up gaining weight, you are trimming down and have a leaner body. So I went home and measured myself and sure enough, I lost another inch off my waist and off my legs. I weighed the same as I did last week, but my measurements are smaller. It still makes me mad though!!! haha. I want the scale numbers to go down!! lol.
