I'm doing cardio and yoga every day, in addition to eating more vegtables. I will weight train once I lose an initial 10 lbs, but I'm not going to go hardcore at it, as I do a lot of lifting of my own weight during my two hour daily yoga practice. I'm also trying to cut down on my sugar intake by not keeing sugary foods in the house and only allowing myself to have a sugary treat once a week.
