My Goals:
Lose weight, duh. ;)

My Program:
I'm doing cardio and yoga every day, in addition to eating more vegtables. I will weight train once I lose an initial 10 lbs, but I'm not going to go hardcore at it, as I do a lot of lifting of my own weight during my two hour daily yoga practice. I'm also trying to cut down on my sugar intake by not keeing sugary foods in the house and only allowing myself to have a sugary treat once a week.

Hi! Welcome to the Canadian University/College Student's Team. I just read on your page that you teach yoga. That's really cool. I've always had a thing for yoga, and recently took up a hot yoga class at my gym. It's really fun. It must be fun teaching yoga too. Anyway, welcome to the team, and good luck with your goals.
