I think it's time to introduce myself. I’ve been wondering through the site for about 6 months now, reading and asking people to be my friend. Getting motivated by others’ blogs and getting the best ideas on trying new things. But I also have been hiding here too. So here goes nuthin :)

My name is Ami and I am overweight. ~ I have battled the bulge for years. My highest weight was 204. I have been able to whittle it down 34lbs. I am excited to lose the rest (34lbs). As of late I have stalled. I am not sure if it’s because I need to change things up a bit or because I have not completely changed my eating. (I think it's a little of both) And I will need to stop being afraid of progress. Something else I am working on.

Anyway, this Is about 1% of my story. Here is to success….

    Infared sauna...sounds awesome! How was it?! I have a little trouble staying in saunas too long due to feeling like I can't breathe...however my body is always thanking me! I hope you're having a great week!!
