My Goals:
I want to lose weight and learn to like/enjoy exercise. Basically, I want to be around and healthy for my kids and someday grandkids, and for myself, too!!

My Program:
I'm really watching my food intake, which from past experience will make a dramatic difference rather quickly. I am also doing cardio 5-6 days per week, and strength training 2-3 times per week. The goal this time is to make a lifestyle change, not a temporary droppage of some pounds.

Personal Information:
I love Texas/Americana music......do you?? I also love margaritas, and am not giving them up completely at this point, yet still losing weight! I'm also a homeschooling mom!

Hey Cuervoacres,
Congrats on all your success in losing pounds and getting healthier. I am trying to get back on the wagon myself, but having a little trouble getting up there due to my gimpy leg, which is much better than the last time you saw me, by the way. Please add me to the loser's group on SP. I am having trouble keeping up with the one on FB due to the excessive amount of posts there, but I'm still trying. I need major kicks in the butt, though. I am starting the bootcamp challenge on SP today to help me get back in exercise mode. I will have to switch my cardio to biking instead of walking but I have Brandon's stationary bike in my living room now, so I have no excuse. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation. emoticon emoticon emoticon
