My Goals:
I want to lose weight and learn to like/enjoy exercise. Basically, I want to be around and healthy for my kids and someday grandkids, and for myself, too!!
My Program:
I'm really watching my food intake, which from past experience will make a dramatic difference rather quickly. I am also doing cardio 5-6 days per week, and strength training 2-3 times per week. The goal this time is to make a lifestyle change, not a temporary droppage of some pounds.
Personal Information:
I love Texas/Americana music......do you?? I also love margaritas, and am not giving them up completely at this point, yet still losing weight! I'm also a homeschooling mom!
