164?? GREAT JOB GIRL! You totally passed me up! Im at 170. I feel a lot better than I did, but still have a long way to go! I am dieting very well and not even struggling with it anymore. It is like a life style change for me, not even really like a diet. I enjoy feeling like I am eating healthy! I just can't seem to find the time or motivation to work out. I haven't worked out in 2 months. I know that when I do, this weight should fall off even faster, but I just feel so tired after a long day of taking care of my son. I feel like I have the time, I just dont make the time to work out. Do you work out? Do you have any tips for me girl?
