I started SP in July of 2005, lost 20 LBS by Thanksgiving 2005, and then found out I was pregnant. I have not been able to stay on track and keep the weight off. I am about 3 LBS away from my highest weight again and don't want to that again. SO I am going to try and get back on track AGAIN and lose this 35 LBS I need to get rid of.

Thanks for the tip about kettlebells. I did some research and yup, some of Jillian's moves are wrong. It took some time but I found Sarah Lurie's 4 DVD kettlebell workout you suggested ($15 on Amazon.ca) and ordered it. Thanks for the help, don't want to get hurt!

Hi there,
I saw your posts on the Jillian team and would love to be your emoticon ! We could motivate each other with her workouts!? (I also have a few of her Biggest Loser ones that I love rotating!)

I've looked into Bob's workouts but was seriously intimidated by the intensity! It looks as if he's 10x harder than Jillian (with whom I already get quite exhausted and sweaty! LOL) so I better wait a bit longer til I include his workouts!

Anyway, I'd love to be in touch with you!
