My Goals:
I would like to lose 15 lbs , drop one or two dress sizes and tone up. I'd also like to gain flexibility.


My Program:
I am attending Bikram classes 3 times per week at 7am (ouch) and trying to make it to the gym. Looking for good non-tribal belly dance classes as my favorite teacher is taking a break.

How's it going?

I love yoga, but I almost melted in Bikram. A good friend of mine loves it, though. Thank goodness for multiple styles, right?
