I hate to hear that you are considering throwing in the towel. I understand though. I know for me, I have to know/feel the time to push myself and other times I am simply not ready.

A good friend just posted, "Failure is only final if you give up trying." I try to at least do the basics (of course after figuring out what the basics are to me". LOL. I have also recently figured out again, that although my weight is finally where I want it again, i am not looking it. I am not as toned as I was. It is truly what makes the difference in how I look in shorts. UG. One step at a time and just knowing that you are doing the basics deserves points :) I try to reward myself with positive thoughts for all the little things, the positive decisions I make. HUGS to you.

Well hello again! Thanks for the comment on my feed. After gaining back all the weight I lost in 2009-2010, and several fits & starts in 2012-2013, I think I'm FINALLY ready to get it off again and hopefully keep it off. These last 3 years have been a rocky road. Time to reclaim my health!
