Hello! You are SO dedicated to drive 35 miles to workout! I finally did make it to the gym (Snap Fitness) all 3 miles! I know I over did it by the feel of my body today! But I will be back at it. I have a treadmill here, but sadly - not disciplined, it'll collect dust. Where if I go to the gym, I make use of my time there. I've belonged since last April, but Nov, Dec weren't priorities with my sons wedding on the horizon. No more excuses for me! 2004 days ago

Hi!! I've been feeling really lousy so haven't been on SP for a while. Just get in from work and go straight to bed. Am 8 weeks now so really feeling rough. I'm not having any cravings but i've gone off some things. Strong smelling things make me heave. Not nice. You said you have a friend from Kent.
