Summer--now into the Fall--- 2014--more and more using the Food Sensitivity Eating Plan from ALCAT based on blood testing. Fuhrman got me started 2 years ago. Now to refine my eating with the ALCAT eating plan. 90 days to become nearly 100% compliant with the elimination of foods I am most sensitive to and using the 4 day rotation eating plan for those foods I am not sensitive to or only mildly sensitive to. Fatigue, body pain, and food cravings are the life-long symptoms I hope to stop. Wish me luck.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!
-Do I have fresh and frozen produce in the house?
-Do I have meals frozen for when I just can't get it together?
-Am I drinking my water?
-Am I getting to the pool often? No problem here!!!!
-Am I pacing myself ? Am I breathing?
-Am I getting the extra help I need, even if I have to pay for it? I am a CAREGIVER since 2008 for DH.
-Am I planning fun into my day? Well--I still don't have enough energy to do this successfully.
-Am I Eating at the Table?. Oh boy is this hard for me!
I don't need those hundreds of snacks between meals!
NO SNACKS! NO SECONDS! NO SWEETS! except for "S Days!"
This is really, really hard for me!
Eat G-BOMBS! Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds ...for reducing body inflammation and pain from FM.

Continue regular water aerobics! I LOVE THIS!

If I really wanted to quit over indulging in the evenings, I would have a good, doable plan in place, now wouldn't I?
