SNOVEMBER-Next year moving to Buffalo--oh my!

Fatigue, body pain, and food cravings are the life-long symptoms I hope to stop. Wish me luck. Evening Eating has been the biggest problem. Oh and if I would eat at the table-instead of at the computer or in front of the TV--well that would help greatly!

Failing to plan is planning to fail!
-Do I have fresh and frozen produce in the house?
-Do I have meals frozen for when I just can't get it together?
-Am I drinking my water?
-Am I getting to the pool often? No problem here!!!!
-Am I pacing myself ?
Am I breathing?
-Am I getting the extra help I need, even if I have to pay for it? I am a CAREGIVER since 2008 for DH.
-Am I planning fun into my day? Well--I still don't have enough energy to do this successfully.
-Am I Eating at the Table?. Oh boy is this hard for me!

I don't need those hundreds of snacks between meals!
NO SNACKS! NO SECONDS! NO SWEETS! except for "S Days!"
This is really, really hard for me!

Eat G-BOMBS! Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds ...for reducing body inflammation and pain from FM.

We can do this, Friends! I can do this!

You've come a long way, Baby!

-fighting pain from fibromyalgia and myofacial trigger point bumps
-bad knees and one bad shoulder
-retired after 40 yrs.

-LOVES water aerobics!

"Failure to plan is planning to fail." It is hard to admit that I actually do plan to fail.

If I really wanted to quit over indulging in the evenings, I would have a good, doable plan in place, now wouldn't I?

Monday – definitely on the downhill slide with the weather. UGH. Winter Weather Advisory starting @ 1 pm. Up to 5 in. of snow. Not what I wanted ot hear, but it is what it is!

The temp did get up to 45 yesterday. Will start in the 40’s today but plummet. So, there you have it. Mother Nature needs a mood stabilizer!

Got lots of prep work done for Thanksgiving, so very happy about that.

Here’s to a good Monday.
