So here we go again. It is 2014 and to be honest the last few years have been really busy years and I have gotten very far off track.

So even though I am very busy homeschooling my 14 and 7 yr old, taking care of my 19 month old, and babysitting my friends 4 year old I am making time for some exercise.

My husband and I have committed to riding our bikes together 3-5 days a week and a couple of other moms have agreed to go walking 3-5 days as well. So I am hoping ...

My Goals:
I am working towards becoming more healthy. Long term I would like to get down to my goal weight of 130 pounds.

My Program:
Right now I am starting small and eliminating soda from my diet, journaling instead of eating everything in sight, and doing cardio 6 days a week and strength 2.

Other Information:
I absolutely love reading. If I could figure out a way to read while I was on the elliptical I would totally do it. I like to read any and everything. I also love music and the reward for hitting 145 is a fantastic new outfit

Thanks for thinking of me. Seriously you will get stronger with using the gears. sometimes spinning in a gear will get your legs used to turnover cadence.

Use those gears. You will use different muscles and will get stronger quicker. I am so happy you are back and you are getting out there. I will be testing that calf this afternoon.
