Working at it

I am close to the weight that I see as a healthy, feel good weight, but I am not letting the number control me, knowing that muscle weighs more than fat. I am using measurements and how I feel as tools to where I am at. I keep up my exercise routine, which includes walking and strength training.

Yay, thanks for adding me as a Spark Friend. I see you dove the Mala pier in Maui, I just did that dive last April. It was my first warm water dive and I loved it. I mostly dive in Monterey, so it was refreshing not to have to wear so much weight. Anyway, have a great day! emoticon

Hi CT, I added you as a friend. I just noticed you live in Sacramento. I love the American River Trail, it's a great place to ride bike. I grew up in Fairfield, and have a gluten allergy also, besides being a diver.
