Working at it

I am close to the weight that I see as a healthy, feel good weight, but I am not letting the number control me, knowing that muscle weighs more than fat. I am using measurements and how I feel as tools to where I am at. I keep up my exercise routine, which includes walking and strength training.

I agree with you on the steaks. I have tried many different types of seasonings and sauces, but my favorite steak seasoning is still just plain old salt and pepper.

Thank you for the goodie! The key for me eating my veggies is to wash, cut them up, and store in containers so I can just toss them in a bowl and not think about it too much. If I don't, then they tend to get forgotten about. Frozen veggies are also handy for a quick side dish.
