Making It Happen

I am a 53 year old female who really needs to change my lifestyle.
I have always been overweight but in the last 5 years I have gained 20 plus pounds putting me over the 200 mark! That is a scary number to me and I really want to start the uphill climb to the downward scale numbers. My goal is to be at a healthy BMI and I am not even gonna set a date, I am just going to try healthier eating and exercise and see where the scale takes me. Joined Anytime Fitness today on a 3 month special ...

My Goals:
To become more fit and lead a healthier lifestyle.
According to the "Healthy Weight Charts" my highest weight s/b 148.
Previously I thought that would be way to skinny for me since I can't remember being that weight since my early 20's so I set my goal at 168. Hopefully my momentum with this will keep me going to the 148 mark!!!

My Program:
I am tracking my food intake and trying to hit the targets in all the nutrition groups. This has really never been an issue, I don't have much of an issue with this. I also started exercising at a daily basis. This is what I think will be my biggest obstacle since I have never been fond of exercise but I am slowing beginning to actually look forward to my next workout.
