At it Again

My Goals:
Short term goals:
*I want to lose 5 lbs by the end of January (that's 174).
*I want to lose 5-7 lbs in February, and not regain it.

Long term goals:
*Get under 150 by my birthday in July
*Fit back into my wedding dress (about that same point)
*Reach 140 lbs. I've never done it before, but I can.



My Program:
I am using SparkPeople (of course) to track my calories and other nutrition, track my fitness minutes, and stay motived.

Personal Information:
I'm from Arizona, and have lived in Utah, Iowa, and Virginia. We're back in Arizona now and my husband is trying to open a chiropractic office. A little stressful, and lots of unknowns.
I'm very happily married and have 4 small children. I'm 5'3, and am starting (this) weight loss journey at 191. My highest (non-pregnant) weight was 197, and my before-kids weight was about 155-160. (ie I still needed to lose 20 lbs) I would be happy to be down in the 150's again, but to be really healthy, 140 is probably where I should be...

Other Information:
I love to digital scrapbook, edit family videos/wedding videos, read (fantasy, non-fiction, science fiction, etc.), and love to eat, (obviously) especially if I don't have to cook it. I'm working on just -liking- to eat.

Yay! I love hearing from you! I know, baby weight is the awful part of it. A friend told me "You don't even have an ounce of baby weight left, do you?" and I thought, no, but my BABY is 3!!! The rest I have to lose is just weight gain, no excuses now!!! I try to move a bunch (those activity trackers are so fun for that) and I'm doing T25 and PiYo. Two great programs that really seem good for me right now. The food stuff, I'm still more of a "moderation in all" thing, but I'm really limiting sugar.
