At it Again
My name is Sara, I just turned 30, and I'm a happily married SAHM of a boy and two girls, ages 5, 4, and 2. I've always struggled with my weight, and have successfully lost before (from 195 down to 152) with Weight Watchers. Since I got pregnant with my first, I haven't weighed below 170, and am usually about 185. I'm ready to change that. Again.

My Goals:
I would like to be down to 179 by Valentine's Day. *MET! (176.8 on V-day) Sigh. Two goals unmet. Oh well. Keep moving forward. Mini-goal: Down to 165 by the end of November. I can SO do this! *Not met, but I DID jog 95% of the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving! Current goal: Be 165 or lower by the end of the year despite all the holidays!
My Program:
I am using SparkPeople (of course) to track my calories and other nutrition, track my fitness minutes, and stay motived. I've had some setbacks with injuries to my IT band, but I'm healthy right now, and just joined a gym and I'm trying to
Personal Information:
I'm from Arizona, and have lived in Utah, Iowa, and Virginia. We're back in Arizona now and my husband is trying to open a chiropractic office. A little stressful, and lots of unknowns. I'm very happily married and have 3 small children. I'm 5'3, and started (this) weight loss journey at 185. My highest (non-pregnant) weight was 197, and my before-kids weight was about 155-160. (ie I still needed to lose 20 lbs) I would be happy to be down in the 150's again, but to be really healthy, 140 is probably where I should be...
Other Information:
I love to digital scrapbook, edit family videos/wedding videos, read (fantasy, non-fiction, science fiction, etc.), and love to eat, (obviously) especially if I don't have to cook it. I'm working on just -liking- to eat.
