Roughly mash the flesh of 1 avocado. Mix in 2 Tbs. Diced sweet onion, 6 diced cherry tomatoes, the juice of ½ lime, and 1 jalapeno pepper (optional). So easy and very good!

Here’s a good tip I found for: MUSTARD BOTTLE DRESSING
Don’t throw away empty Dijon or brown mustard containers. The little bit of mustard containers. The little bit of mustard that remains inside can easily be turned into a delicious honey-mustard salad dressing. Just add red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and a little honey to the container. Shake it, then add some olive oil and shake it again. It’s ready to serve.
Here’s some food for thought:
You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction you are heading immediately!
As long as you’re willing to change your direction, you can reach absolutely and destination! The key? You need to be ‘willing’ to change.
