Keep Moving

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to look and feel better. I want to lose 32 more pounds to reach a weight of 120. I have not been that small since my 20s so don't know if it is even possible. I guess I will find out. I AM going to have fun along the way!

My Program:
Right now I am doing some very basic strength training three days a week and cardio three days a week. Sometimes I do more, but that is my basic routine. I love to swim when I can but the nearest swimming pool is an hour away. I walk or jog at least ten miles a week. I am trying to build up my endurance. It is taking a looong time. I am not as far along as I feel I should be, but my motto is Keep Moving. If I do that I will eventually get there.

Insanity is an INTENSE Cardio program put out by Beachbody, hosted by Shaun T. It's truly INSANE!! 60 days and a total transformation will happen. Google the informercial, if you like it let me know. It's well worth it!
