I don't have a heart rate monitor, but if you do, use it! They are supposed to be pretty accurate, and depending on how hard you work, you can supposedly burn up to 800 calories a workout!!! Personally, I low ball it, and just put 250 calories under cardio. (I use my heart rate to judge, its the same rate when i run, so I use those numbers) I'm so glad you got it! It will really kick your butt! I've cried, and thrown up, and cussed, but had fun. It took me about 6 weeks to see results, but when I did see the results they came fast and strong, almost overnight it seemed! Just remember to stick with it, even when its hard. 2140 days ago
