Keep Moving

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to look and feel better. I want to lose 32 more pounds to reach a weight of 120. I have not been that small since my 20s so don't know if it is even possible. I guess I will find out. I AM going to have fun along the way!

My Program:
Right now I am doing some very basic strength training three days a week and cardio three days a week. Sometimes I do more, but that is my basic routine. I love to swim when I can but the nearest swimming pool is an hour away. I walk or jog at least ten miles a week. I am trying to build up my endurance. It is taking a looong time. I am not as far along as I feel I should be, but my motto is Keep Moving. If I do that I will eventually get there.

I don't have a heart rate monitor, but if you do, use it! They are supposed to be pretty accurate, and depending on how hard you work, you can supposedly burn up to 800 calories a workout!!! Personally, I low ball it, and just put 250 calories under cardio. (I use my heart rate to judge, its the same rate when i run, so I use those numbers) I'm so glad you got it! It will really kick your butt! I've cried, and thrown up, and cussed, but had fun. It took me about 6 weeks to see results, but when I did see the results they came fast and strong, almost overnight it seemed! Just remember to stick with it, even when its hard. emoticon
